Our Rates
You will find that our rates are very reasonable for such a classic waterfront, Muskoka lodge. They do not include food. Our on-site restaurant, Muskoka Memories Steakhouse & Seafood Restaurant, offers a complete breakfast, lunch and dinner menu prepared by one of the best chefs in Muskoka. In addition, if you are in the mood for something less formal, you can choose from the menu offered at our waterfront bar, or from our pool side Panini and ice cream bar.
Unlike many Muskoka lodges, we offer three different rates for our units: Summer season starts at the beginning July, and ends after the labour day weekend. Our Spring/Fall rates will apply between the May long weekend, and the Canadian thanksgiving weekend, as well as over Christmas. Our winter rates will apply for the balance of the year.
Also unlike many Muskoka lodges, we offer full day and half rentals of fishing boats, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddleboards. We do love pets but DO NOT allow them at the Resort. We also offer daily bed making, towel changes, and general clean up (not including dish cleaning which will be your responsibility), plus bedding changes half way through your stay for all visits of 5 days or more.
Upon making your reservation, we will require a 10% deposit of your reservation amount plus HST. We will process payment of another 40% of your reservation amount plus HST 90 days prior to your arrival date, with the balance being processed upon your check in. A valid credit card must be provided on check in or a $500.00 cash damage deposit will be required. If you cancel and give us at least 30 days notice, we will not process payment of the balance of your reservation costs and return the funds paid to date. There are no refunds of your deposit paid to date if you cancel with less than 30 days notice.
