Dining at Patterson-Kaye Lodge
We are proud to announce that on June 1, 2012, Patterson-Kaye Lodge will be home to one of the newest restaurants in Bracebridge which will be operating under the name Muskoka Memories Steakhouse & Seafood Restaurant. Our chef is Glenn Kitchen who is a long-time Bracebridge resident. Glenn has been working as a chef at Casino Rama for the past 15 years, and is joining us in 2012 to be our head chef. For those of you who know Glenn, you don’t need to be told how good of a chef Mr. Kitchen is. For those of you who don’t know Glenn, you are in for a treat.
Glenn has put together what we believe is the best steakhouse and seafood menu ever for restaurants in Bracebridge. From his succulent steaks and prime rib, to his seafood entrees including lobster tails, crab legs, and his catch of the day of locally caught fish. You will want to come back again and again to try all of the options available. We are also pleased to announce that Patterson-Kaye will also be opening what we believe is another first for restaurants in Bracebridge; a waterfront patio and bar operating under the name Bracebridge Willy’s Canoe Stop & Watering Hole. For those looking for a less formal dining experience where they can enjoy a beer from Muskoka’s finest micro breweries, or simply a great glass of wine while looking out over the beautiful Muskoka River as it enters Lake Muskoka, this will be your little piece of heaven. Finally for our guests staying on-site, or for our visitors coming to either of our other restaurants that are looking for a delicious ice-cream after their meal, we will be opening AJ’s Panini & Ice Cream Bar. We believe this will also be unique for restaurants in Bracebridge offering delicious hand made panini’s grilled while you wait, and delicious ice cream by the scoop.
